It has come to our attention that certain “equipment companies” have been telling customers that we no longer exist, and to let their foot in the door offer deals that are far too good to be true. Well, we are still here, and their deal is in fact too good to be true; it is nothing but up selling. They really don’t want to service your equipment, they just want to tell you all the things that are wrong with it, like it will cost you so much to fix it that you are better off buying a new one, or that it is obsolete. BULL. Although we will sell you a new frame machine if that is what you really want, we specialize in the repair of frame machines to save you money in the long run. We pride ourselves on being a SERVICE COMPANY.
Anyone can come to your shop and say they offer service on your frame machine, but do they really know what they are doing? Are they insured? Are they reputable? We receive calls about this on a weekly basis: someone has serviced their equipment and says they need a new pump for instance. In the last 32 years and tens of hundreds of frame machines I have been called to service, I need only one hand to count the number of pumps I have replaced. Aside from natural disasters, pumps can be repaired, whether it is the pump side or motor side. DO NOT pay someone $5,000.00 for a pump just because they don’t know what is wrong or how to repair the one you have. This is where our experience comes in; we want you as our customer for life.
